TF clone (ORF)

Information

This resource provides you the ORF sequence (without STOP codon) of Arabidopsis transcription factors in the gateway vector system.
The Arabidopsis transcription factor genes in RARTF (RIKEN Arabidopsis Transcription Factor) database were selected and inserted into the gateway entry vectors. Then depending to the TAIR10 annotation, some more TF genes were selected and added to the resource.
You can search TF clones with the keywords from TAIR10 annotations and the RARTF database.
